Shippings and Returns: This website is operated by Mosquito. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure that both parties understand and agree to the conditions of sale, in order to protect each other and set clear expectations regarding our service.

General: We are committed to using high-quality, sustainable materials and to maintaining an environmentally friendly and ethical production process. All our products are handmade in limited collections, resulting in unique, timeless pieces. We begin production only after receiving an order, helping to reduce overproduction and avoid unnecessary inventory. Each item is crafted individually, and therefore slight variations in detail may occur—this uniqueness is part of their charm. Our packaging is 100% eco-friendly. We completely avoid plastic usage because we care about our oceans and ecosystems.

Customs and import duties: Shipments to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties or additional import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and must be settled at the local customs office. Mosquito will handle the necessary customs documentation to help ensure smooth delivery.

Shipping: We currently ship throughout Europe. Please allow 7 working days for order processing, as we begin producing your item once the order is placed. We ship orders every Tuesday to consolidate shipments and minimize our environmental footprint. Orders placed on a Monday before 00:00 (midnight) will be shipped the following day (Tuesday). Orders placed on or after Tuesday will be shipped the following Tuesday. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. These fees will be added to your order total and are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Estimated delivery times: Spain 4-5 working days / France (3-4 working days) / Rest of Europe (6-7 working days) / USA 8-10 working days

Returns: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required. To initiate a return, please email us. We will provide you with the correct return address. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and assume the risk of loss during transit. Made-to-order items are non-refundable. Please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed after we receive and inspect the item.

Exchange and Faulty Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange your item, please email us with your request. If the return is due to an error by Mosquito, the full amount paid (including shipping costs) will be refunded after the item has been returned and verified to be in its original condition. The return shipping cost will also be reimbursed, but only up to the amount originally paid by the customer. If the return shipping cost is lower, only that amount will be refunded. Please note: payments made via PayPal are subject to transaction fees. Mosquito will not refund PayPal’s commission fees in the event of a return.

Refunds (if applicable): Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Repair Service: We offer a repair service for our pieces because we design high-quality items meant to be cherished and passed down through generations. Mosquito is committed to repairing all pieces sold through our online store as part of our dedication to sustainable fashion and mindful craftsmanship. Customers can request the repair service by contacting us via email, providing their name, the name used at the time of purchase, photos of the product, and a brief explanation of the reason for the repair. Mosquito may decline repair requests if the damage results from poor maintenance or misuse, such as if the piece has been dropped and broken, or if we no longer have the necessary materials in stock to complete the repair. In all cases, we will clearly communicate our decision and the next steps via email. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to send the item to our workshop, as well as the return shipping costs. Mosquito will only cover shipping expenses if the repair is due to a defect caused by our assembly or production. If the damage is caused by impact, falling, or improper handling and a replacement part is required, we may still be able to carry out the repair, but the customer must cover the cost of the replacement part. Please note that the item remains your responsibility during shipping, including when you purchase the shipping label. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
